Founded in 2010 by Dr. Cassandra Sanders-Holly, Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is the Inland Empire's premier provider of specialized pediatric rehabilitation services. What began in a small office serving just 4 patients has grown into a thriving organization serving over 1,000 children weekly across two locations in Norco and Corona.
We specialize in evidence-based physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and hippotherapy for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and special needs. Our team of 20+ licensed therapists brings deep expertise in pediatric care, combining clinical excellence with genuine compassion for every child and family we serve.
Through our affiliated nonprofit, Friends of Leaps & Bounds, we ensure that financial barriers never prevent a child from accessing life-changing therapy. Together, we're more than a clinic. We're a community of hope, healing, and transformation.

Our Founder
PT, DPT, PCS | Founder & Clinical Director
Dr. Sanders-Holly spent 6 years as a pediatric physical therapist in Orange County and educating doctor of physical therapy students at the University of Southern California. When she returned home to Norco, she noticed a severe lack of specialty pediatric medical services in the area, leaving most families to drive over an hour for quality therapy—often multiple times per week.
As a horsewoman since childhood, she was excited to learn that research evidence strongly supports hippotherapy — a treatment tool that uses the controlled movement of the horse to improve neuromotor function, postural strength, and motor skills in children. As a leader and educator in the field, research evidence is of the utmost importance. And what better place to offer this special therapy than Horsetown USA? She knew it needed to be done.
