•     Testing our site with accessibility tools and incorporating fixes into our regular maintenance

Known Limitations

We are honest about where we still have work to do. Some content on the website may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Areas we are actively improving include:

•     A keyboard skip-navigation link for users who navigate without a mouse

•     Older content and embedded media that may not include full captions or transcripts

•     Some interactive components inherited from third-party tools and integrations

•     Documents in PDF format that may not be fully tagged for screen reader use
