Emily Lavin
Front Desk Lead
Emily joined the Leaps and Bounds Team in April 2023. She is a recent graduate from California Baptist University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship with a concentration in Business Management. She brings 5 years of customer service experience. She loves cultivating new relationships and has a heart for service which is what drew her to Leaps and Bounds. Emily has a passion for working with animals and children.
In her spare time, she runs a notary business and loves to travel with her family and Cattle Dog named Atlas. Emily dreams of having a farm one day with many farm animals. She has future aspirations of starting her own Real Estate Business in the future.
Adriana Diaz
Scheduler
Adriana joined the Leaps & Bounds team in July 2023 as our scheduler. Having a special needs son of her own has encouraged her to pursue her dreams of going back to school and getting her bachelor’s in communication & disorders. She’s very passionate about helping other families with the ins and outs of what kind of help and support parents can receive for their kids, especially in our Spanish-speaking community. One day, she hopes to rejoin the Leaps team as an SLP or SLPA when the time comes.
In her free time, Adriana loves to spend time with her son, going to Disneyland/California Adventure monthly and making memories with him. She also enjoys reading whenever she gets a chance to do so and goes for walks with her son, parents, and their dog, Buddy. Whenever she gets some time, she loves to get together with other special needs parents and help each other out with getting the best help and services for their kids.
Allison Harlan
HR Generalist
Allison graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Public Administration. Her journey led her to discover her calling for Human Resources, resulting in the attainment of her SHRM-CP certification. Allison is grateful to be a part of a company that is passionate and dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and their families.
In her free time, Allison loves doing pilates and spending time with her family and her cats.
Alyssa Baltierra
Patient Services Representative
Alyssa joined Leaps & Bounds in December 2021 as a front office assistant and since then has been promoted to Patient Services Representative. She obtained her associate in mathematics and science from Santiago Canyon College while playing softball for the college’s softball team. After attending SCC, she transferred to California State University Fullerton where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Clinical Movement Science. She is currently working on her application for physical therapy school and hopes to become a therapist at Leaps & Bounds. Her hope is to give back to the community she grew up in through her work at Leaps & Bounds.
In her free time Alyssa loves to spend time with her family and her dog Jake.
Danielle Leon
Office Assistant
Danielle joined the team as an office assistant in August 2023. She graduated from Sacramento State University with a degree in Psychology in December 2023. Along with her experience from many years of customer service, Danielle also has experience working with children as a behavioral therapist. One day, she hopes to work with children again after going back to school for a master’s degree! She loves getting to know Leaps patients and their families before and after appointments.
In her free time, Danielle loves to read and go to Disneyland. She also enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her pet dog and cat.
Erica Albrecht
Account Specialist
Erica joined the Leaps & Bounds team in February 2023. She has lived in Norco for 10 years and discovered quickly how special the community is. Having over 20 years of customer service experience, she offers a wide variety of skills. She has worked in a variety of different settings, including administration, fitness and clinical. In 2016, she obtained her Medical Billing and Coding certificate at North-West College in Riverside. She feels beyond blessed to be a part of a company that is passionate about bettering the everyday lives of children and their families.
In her spare time, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She is a self-taught baker and has recently taken an interest in hand knitting and canning.
Gavin Joyce
Statistician
Gavin joined the Leaps team in June of 2020. He is a recent Corona High School graduate and will be attending UCLA beginning in October. He will be pursuing a joint major in mathematics/economics, two of his greatest interests. He also enjoys watching hockey, having board game nights with friends, and listening to alternative music. He is eager to help out in whatever ways he can and work with all the wonderful families that are part of the Leaps community.
Kendal Stuckey
Office Assistant and Authorization Coordinator
Kendal joined the team at Leaps & Bounds as an office assistant and authorization coordinator. She recently received her medical coding and billing certificate from DeVry university. She enjoys helping the families of Leaps and building connections with them.
In her spare time, she loves to explore new coffee shops, spend time with her family, friends, and dogs. In the future, she would love to open her own dog rescue center.
Maria Bonorris
Office Assistant and Therapy Aide
Maria joined the Leaps team in August 2021. She works as a front office assistant and a therapy aide. Maria is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s of Communicative Disorders at California State University, Fullerton. She loves working with children and has spent her time working at Leaps & Bounds cultivating relationships with many of our families and patients. She has worked with children for 5 years and is very excited to pursue a career in Speech Therapy. She hopes to rejoin the Leaps team as an SLPA when the time comes.
In her free time, Maria loves to travel and play sports. She enjoys music and has a passion for plants and animals.
Misty Heyer
Executive Assistant
Misty joined the Leaps & Bounds team as an Executive Assistant in June 2023. She has over 20 years of administrative experience, working with C-Suite executives to support finance departments, coordinate logistics and travel needs for more than 50 annual trade shows, and process e-commerce inventory. Misty has always loved being around kids and animals so Leaps & Bounds was the perfect fit for her.
In her spare time, Misty enjoys going to baseball (go Angels!) and hockey games with her boys, watching home renovation shows with her mom, and spoiling all her animals. She also loves to bake and BBQ and is a proud Grandma to her grandpups Daisy, Grogu and Tulip.
Tabatha Bodiford
Account Specialist
Tabatha joined the Leaps & Bounds team in July 2023. She has an Associate degree in Medical Billing and Coding and recently graduated on January 4, 2024, with a Bachelor of Healthcare Management from San Joaquin Valley College. She is also a U.S. Naval veteran, where she spent four years as an Aviation Maintenance Administrator. She loves being able to help others, and the medical field felt like the best way to accomplish that. She is proud to promote and support such a wonderful organization like Leaps!
Tabatha loves to read in her spare time, go to Disneyland with her husband and three children, cheer them on in everything they do, and snuggle with her two corgis and a pit bull.
Tammy Ladd
Front Desk Manager
Tammy joined the Leaps team in July 2021 but has been involved with Leaps & Bounds as a supporter for over 5 years. Tammy brings with her many years of customer service and office support skills. She loves the Leaps commitment to the families in our communities and is excited to be an official part of our support team.
In her spare time, she can be found enjoying time with her family and friends.
Victoria Gudino
Office Assistant
Victoria has been a part of Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy for almost five years now. In 2019, she started as a volunteer side walker and then a volunteer horse handler for a couple of years. In 2021, she became an employee as a Ranch Support Aide, and as of March of 2023, she is now an Office Assistant at the Corona location. Victoria is currently attending her last semester at CSUF and will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Allied Health. Her career goal is to become a physical therapist, and she wants to care for as many patients as she possibly can. A couple of fun facts about Victoria are that she is left-handed, and she loves to go hiking!
Yesenia Cornejo
Schools Coordinator
Yesenia joined the Leaps & Bounds team in February 2020. She recently relocated from her hometown in Ventura County to Norco, to start her “farm life” dream. Yesenia brings a variety of skills to contribute to the team due to her many years of customer service and medical office experience, especially with the pediatric population. She loves kids and animals and loves getting to know all of the kiddos at Leaps and their families!
When she is not at the clinic, Yesenia loves to cook, travel and spend time with her two boys, huskies, goats, and husband.
